We believe
moms here.

Too often a mom's instinct about her own body — or her baby's — gets brushed off. Symptoms get minimized. Concerns get explained away. You leave appointments less sure than when you walked in.

Not here. When you walk through our door, you'll be heard. Your gut matters. Your discomfort matters. Your questions deserve real answers — not reassurances designed to move you along. We partner with you. We don't talk over you.

That's not a value statement on a wall. It's just how we show up.

"I finally felt like someone actually listened to what I was telling them. Dr. Sam took me seriously from day one."

— A founding patient mom

"Your gut about your body is data. We just help you understand what it's telling you."

— Dr. Sam Lahr, D.C.

"We don't wait for you to be in significant pain before we take action. You don't have to earn the right to feel better."

— NSCo Care Philosophy

Pregnancy puts
enormous demand
on your nervous
system.

Your body is running something extraordinary — and doing it under constant physical, hormonal, and structural change. Chiropractic care during pregnancy isn't primarily about back pain. It's about supporting the nervous system that's coordinating all of it.

When the pelvis is balanced and the nervous system is adapting well, everything downstream works better. For you and for baby.

Research shows up to 75% of pregnant women experience significant low back or pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy — and chiropractic care is one of the most effective and safest approaches to addressing it.

🔥
Low Back & Pelvic Pain

As your center of gravity shifts and your pelvis widens, the load on your spine changes dramatically. Specific adjustments and soft tissue work help keep that load balanced and manageable throughout all three trimesters.

⚡
Sciatica & Round Ligament Pain

Sciatic nerve pain and round ligament discomfort are among the most common pregnancy complaints — and among the most responsive to chiropractic care. Pelvic alignment and soft tissue work can bring significant relief, often in just a few visits.

🧘
Pelvic Balance & Fetal Positioning

A balanced pelvis gives baby the space to move into an optimal position for birth. The Webster Technique specifically addresses the sacrum and surrounding ligaments to reduce intrauterine constraint — supporting both comfort for mom and positioning for baby.

😴
Sleep, Stress & Nervous System Regulation

Pregnancy is a full-body stress — physical, hormonal, and emotional. Supporting your nervous system's ability to adapt helps with sleep quality, stress tolerance, and overall resilience throughout the pregnancy and heading into postpartum.

🤱
Preparing for Labor

A well-aligned pelvis and a well-regulated nervous system give your body the best foundation for labor. Research shows women receiving regular chiropractic care during pregnancy report shorter labor times and less need for interventions.

The Webster
Technique.

Webster is a specific analysis and adjustment developed for pregnant patients — focused on sacral alignment and pelvic balance. It's gentle, it's safe at every stage of pregnancy, and it's designed around what a pregnant body actually needs.

"The Webster Technique isn't just about the position of the baby — it's about giving mom's nervous system and pelvis the balance they need to carry and birth well."

I'm Webster certified through the ICPA — the gold standard for prenatal and pediatric chiropractic. I'm also certified in cranial and sacral adjusting, which is especially relevant in the third trimester and postpartum. The sacrum carries a lot of the structural load of pregnancy, and specific sacral work can meaningfully support pelvic balance and recovery.

Postpartum care
matters just as
much.

The conversation around postpartum care is finally catching up to what moms have always known: recovery takes real time, the body has been through something enormous, and the weeks after birth deserve actual support — not just a six-week clearance and a wave goodbye.

We don't close the chapter at delivery. We keep walking with you through the fourth trimester and beyond. That's part of the journey too.

Birth recovery for mom

Whether you delivered vaginally or via C-section, your pelvis, spine, and nervous system have been through a significant physical event. We assess and begin recovery care as soon as you're ready — often within the first week or two postpartum.

Nursing & carrying posture

The postpartum season introduces a new set of physical demands — nursing, babywearing, holding, rocking. These create real patterns of tension and strain that compound over time. We address them before they become bigger problems.

Hormonal transition support

The hormonal shifts of postpartum affect ligament laxity, nervous system tone, mood, and sleep for months after birth. Chiropractic care during this season supports your body's ability to regulate and recover through all of it.

Mom & baby, same visit

One of the things we love most: mom and baby can both be seen in the same visit. You don't have to find childcare or make two separate appointments. Come in together, and you both leave cared for.

You don't have to
figure this out alone.

Newly pregnant, in your third trimester, a few weeks postpartum — there's no wrong time. Come in when you're ready and we'll take good care of you.
